Smokeless incinerator – environmentally friendly

General Machinery 60

The smokeless garbage incinerator is a novel harmless waste treatment equipment designed based on negative pressure. It adopts an advanced combustion method combining high-temperature pyrolysis gasification, secondary combustion, and burnout treatment to achieve harmless, reduced, and resourceful treatment of garbage.

Table of Contents

Traditional open burning and simple incineration equipment commonly suffer from issues such as black smoke, odor nuisance, ash pollution, and excessive emissions, which not only fail to meet the standards for harmless solid waste treatment but also easily lead to environmental complaints and regulatory penalties. The new generation of smokeless incinerators, relying on mature high-temperature clean combustion technology, overcomes the drawbacks of traditional incineration equipment, offering core advantages of being smokeless and odorless, efficient in reducing volume, safe and compliant, and widely adaptable.
The smokeless incinerator is an environmentally friendly equipment specially developed for the harmless disposal of various solid wastes. It abandons the traditional single-stage incineration mode and adopts an integrated technology of multi-stage high-temperature pyrolysis, secondary burnout, and exhaust gas purification. This technology eliminates the generation of black smoke and odor from the source, thoroughly solving the pollution problem of traditional incineration.
The equipment is equipped with an intelligent temperature control system, an automatic air supply system, and a sealed burnout chamber, ensuring stable and controllable combustion temperature. It can achieve full combustion of waste, with a burnout rate of over 99%, significantly reducing ash residue. The solid waste reduction rate can reach 90%, greatly reducing the cost of solid waste storage, transportation, and landfill.

    • Industrial waste: plastic PE, PU, EVA, rubber (tires), fiber, foam, cloth, resin, acrylic, leather, laminated board, paint, polymer, etc.
    • Medical waste: Infectious waste such as syringes, gloves, bandages, gauze, blood transfusion tubes, and organs.
    • Waste in public places: cardboard, paper scraps, wood chips, leaves, etc.
    • Special waste: waste oil, waste solvent, sludge, dust, paint on iron, mold filter residue, waste liquid, etc.
    • Waste metal: cables, circuit boards, etc
    • Factory scraps: waste foam, packaging waste, leather waste, textile waste residue, and other combustible industrial light solid waste are suitable for the harmless treatment of production waste from small and medium-sized enterprises, replacing traditional stacking and external disposal methods and reducing the environmental protection and operation and maintenance costs of enterprises.

    • Preparation before use
    • Before use, please ignite flammable materials such as charcoal or wood and keep them burning at low temperatures.
    • The equipment should be placed horizontally on the ground, and flammable and explosive materials should not be stacked around it.
    • Please check if the power connection is normal before use.
    • To start a smokeless incinerator, the first step is to ignite the fire source. You can use dry firewood or apply a small amount of diesel on the material to help it ignite more easily.
    • Please continue to dispose of garbage and do not dispose of too much at once.
    • If the flame rises too high, you should stop adding materials. When the flame is below the incinerator, you can continue to add materials.
    • If low calorific value materials need to be processed, it is best to burn them together with high calorific value materials.

    Q 1: What is a smokeless incinerator?

A: An eco-friendly device that combines high-temperature pyrolysis gasification with secondary combustion, ensuring it is truly smoke-free, odorless, and produces no secondary pollution.

Q 2: Does it really produce no smoke when it’s burning?

A: There is virtually no visible smoke, emissions meet standards, and particulate matter levels are below 30 mg per cubic meter.

Q 3:What materials can be incinerated?

A: Plastics, rubber, medical waste, household trash, waste oil and liquids, crop straw, and ritual offerings—virtually all combustible waste can be burned.
