Smokeless incinerator

General Machinery 90

The smokeless incinerator is a new type of waste treatment equipment designed using negative pressure technology. Far from being a crude “burn-it-all” method, it strictly adheres to the 3T principles of combustion—temperature, time, and turbulence—and employs a three-stage combustion process that combines high-temperature pyrolysis gasification, secondary combustion, and complete combustion. This ensures that waste is thoroughly decomposed at temperatures ranging from 550°C to 1,100°C.

    What is a smokeless incinerator?

The smokeless incinerator is an environmentally friendly treatment system that utilizes advanced high-temperature gasification technology. It is specifically designed for the safe, volume-reducing, and resource-recovery treatment of various types of solid waste.

Through a multi-stage combustion system and flue gas purification technology, the system ensures smoke-free, odorless emissions that meet regulatory standards during the incineration process, making it an ideal solution for meeting modern environmental protection requirements.

How a Smoke-Free Waste Incinerator Works

When it comes to the incineration of household and industrial waste, the resulting flue gas meets environmental standards, with particulate matter concentrations kept below 30 mg per cubic meter. This truly achieves the goal of—burning without visible smoke and burning without any odor.

    • The first stage is the drying stage, where temperatures range from 200 to 300°C. Waste is fed into the furnace, and moisture evaporates during the drying process.
    • The second layer, the pyrolysis layer, is an oxygen-deprived environment where organic matter undergoes pyrolysis, producing combustible gases and ash.
    • In the third layer, the reduction layer, CO₂ and H₂O are reduced by the red-hot C, producing combustible gases such as CO and H₂.
    • The fourth zone, the oxidation zone, operates at 850 to 1000°C, where carbon and tar undergo intense oxidation, providing the heat for the entire furnace.

    Multi-stage combustion and self-cleaning

    • Multi-stage combustion system for staged flue gas treatment
    • Self-cleaning design, reducing maintenance costs
    • Completely smoke-free and odor-free, improving the work environment

What materials are burned in a waste incinerator?

    • Industrial waste: PE, PU, EVA, scrap cables, rubber tires, fibers, foam, fabrics, resins, acrylic, leather, laminated boards, bakelite powder, paints, polymers, audio tapes, etc.
    • Medical waste: syringes, gloves, bandages, gauze, IV tubing, organs, and other infectious waste—thoroughly sterilized at high temperatures to prevent the spread of pathogens.
    • Household waste: cardboard, paper scraps, wood shavings, leaves, crop straw
